About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and socially driven Field Executive to lead student mobilization efforts for a government-supported project. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in community engagement and has a genuine passion for educational upliftment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach activities to identify and encourage student participation Communicate project benefits clearly and persuasively to students and families Build strong relationships within local communities and educational institutions Maintain accurate records of mobilization efforts and student data Represent the organization with professionalism and social responsibility Provide regular field insights and feedback to the project team

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Excellent at building trust and convincing diverse audiences High level of integrity and ethical conduct Familiar with local areas and community dynamics Friendly, approachable, and socially conscious personality
