Conduct field visits, awareness campaigns, and community outreach.
Mobilize eligible youth for DDUGKY training programs.
Build relationships with panchayats, NGOs, colleges, and local communities.
Counsel students & parents on course benefits and employment opportunities.
Meet enrollment targets and maintain mobilization records.
Support documentation for candidate onboarding.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Strong communication & convincing skills.
Willingness to travel in nearby areas.
Experience in fieldwork/mobilization/community engagement.
Ability to work with targets and timelines.
