Vision Technician & Optical Sales - Paid Training Program

Location: Bhubaneswar & nearby districts

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 (Negotiable)

Role Overview

The Mobilizer will be responsible for creating awareness and generating leads for Care Netram's Vision Technician & Optical Sales paid training program. The role involves community outreach, student mobilization, and building strong networks to ensure maximum participation and enrollment in the training program.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct community outreach to identify potential candidates for the training program.

Mobilize students through field visits, events, campaigns, and partner networks.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, community groups, and relevant stakeholders.

Provide program information clearly and persuasively to potential students and their families.

Maintain daily records of mobilization activities and submit timely reports.

Support the admissions team to ensure smooth enrollment of candidates.

Travel extensively within Bhubaneswar and surrounding districts as required.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum qualification:

12th pass (any stream)

.

Preference for candidates with experience in

mobilization, sales, or community outreach

.

1-3 years of experience

in student mobilization, fieldwork, or education/training sector (experience in healthcare/paramedical sector is a plus).

Strong

networking and interpersonal communication

skills.

Proficiency in

Odia, Hindi, and English

.

Willingness to travel frequently for field activities.

Ability to meet outreach targets and work independently.
