With extensive experience in conducting livelihood generation programs, particularly in North-East India across 17 sectors, Valeur has been a leader in the skill development industry. The company is dedicated to empowering unemployed youth by offering them skill development opportunities, financial education, market connections, and micro-finance assistance through various financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Community Engagement :


Identify and reach out to potential candidates in the community for vocational training programs.


Build relationships with local communities, educational institutions, and NGOs to create awareness about the training programs.

• Mobilization Strategy :


Develop and execute mobilization strategies to ensure maximum enrollment for the training programs.


Organize and participate in community meetings, roadshows, and awareness campaigns to encourage participation.

• Screening & Counseling :


Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their eligibility for training programs.


Provide career counseling and guidance to youth, helping them choose the most appropriate vocational course.

• Documentation & Reporting :


Maintain accurate records of mobilized candidates, their details, and status of enrollment.


Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on mobilization activities and outcomes.

• Collaboration with Training Centers :


Coordinate with training centers to ensure smooth admissions and handover of mobilized candidates.


Monitor the attendance and participation of mobilized candidates in training programs.

• Market Linkage Support :


Assist trained candidates in connecting with job opportunities, internships, or entrepreneurship ventures.


Coordinate with the placement and market linkage teams to facilitate post-training support.

Qualifications :


Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mobilization, community engagement, or related fields.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to engage with diverse communities and understand their needs.


Strong organizational and reporting skills.


Familiarity with the vocational training ecosystem is a plus.

Preferred Skills :


Experience working in the North-East region of India or with diverse communities.


Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.


Proficiency in MS Office and basic data management.

Salary : Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
