Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and socially driven Field Executive to mobilize students for a government-backed educational initiative. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of local communities and a passion for public service.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with local communities to identify and mobilize eligible students Communicate the benefits of the government project with clarity and conviction Build trust and rapport with students, parents, and community leaders Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and student data Represent the organization with integrity and professionalism Provide regular field updates and feedback to the management team

Candidate Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Excellent persuasion and public engagement abilities Familiarity with local areas and community dynamics High ethical standards and a genuine concern for societal development Friendly, approachable, and socially motivated personality
