Job Responsibilities:

Mobilize and enroll candidates from nearby locations for CSR training initiatives Build and maintain strong connections with communities, institutions, and local networks Conduct field visits, awareness programs, and mobilization campaigns Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure timely participation Maintain daily data reports and documentation as per project standards

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel for field outreach Ability to connect with youth and communities Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, documentation)
