Job Description

The Mobilizer is responsible for

community outreach and student mobilization

to ensure effective enrollment into vocational training programs. The role requires fieldwork, counseling, and strong coordination with local communities, schools, and panchayats to reach eligible youth.

Key Responsibilities

:

Conduct door-to-door campaigns and awareness drives in rural/urban areas near Gurgaon. Mobilize youth (age 18-35) for various skill development training programs under government or CSR schemes. Explain program benefits to candidates and their families, including free training, certifications, placements, and stipends (if applicable). Coordinate with NGOs, panchayats, schools, ITIs, and local influencers to identify potential candidates. Counsel youth and parents on career opportunities post-training. Ensure daily reporting of mobilization activities and maintain candidate records in the system (MIS/CRM). Assist in organizing community events, job melas, and other outreach activities. Follow up with enrolled students for document submission and regular attendance.
