Job Description

Community Engagement

: Mobilize students in Ahmedabad for skill development programs. Identify and recruit candidates from target areas, ensuring active participation in the training programs. Conduct awareness campaigns in the community, explain program benefits, and assist with enrollment procedures.

Field Work & Outreach

: Conduct field visits to various locations in Ahmedabad to meet prospective candidates and their families. Build relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and organizations to support recruitment and retention.

Coordination & Monitoring

: Coordinate with the training team to ensure smooth enrollment and timely start of training batches. Ensure that the selected candidates attend the training sessions and adhere to program guidelines. Follow up with enrolled candidates regularly to track their attendance and progress.

Data Collection & Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of candidates enrolled in the program. Collect data on candidates' participation and provide regular progress reports to the program coordinator. Ensure proper documentation of all mobilization activities.

Transport & Travel

: Responsible for traveling within Ahmedabad for field mobilization activities. A personal vehicle is required for mobility within the city.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification

: 12th pass or equivalent.

Basic Computer Knowledge

: Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Communication Skills

: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi/Gujarati.

Field Work Experience

: Prior experience in community mobilization or grassroots-level outreach is an advantage.

Personality

: Energetic, self-motivated, and approachable with a positive attitude.

Vehicle Requirement

: Must have access to a personal vehicle for regular fieldwork within Ahmedabad.

Additional Information:

Male candidates only. The candidate will be required to travel within Ahmedabad regularly. Immediate joining preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
