Role Summary

The Mobilizer plays a key role in creating awareness about skilling programs, mobilizing candidates (especially Persons with Disabilities and other underpreviliged groups), and ensuring effective enrollment into the training programs offered at the LRC. The role involves close engagement with communities, institutions, and stakeholders to generate leads, counsel candidates, and support them until successful enrollment and participation in the skilling program.

Key Responsibilities

Community Mobilization & Outreach

Identify potential candidates through community visits, local institutions, NGOs, government departments, and referral networks. Conduct awareness sessions, roadshows, and community meetings to promote skilling opportunities. Build strong rapport with parents, guardians, and community influencers to encourage participation.

Candidate Enrollment & Counseling

Counsel candidates about different training programs, career pathways, and opportunities available. Ensure proper documentation and eligibility checks for enrollment. Maintain updated candidate profiles and records in the system.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
