Job Description

Primary Purpose:

To promote our paid beauty training programs and mobilize eligible candidates to enroll by conducting outreach, counseling, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential learners through field visits, phone calls, community meetings, institutions, or digital platforms Promote course benefits, fees, duration, certification, and career outcomes clearly Counsel students and parents about course value and return on investment Conduct mobilization activities such as seminars, orientations, roadshows, and awareness campaigns Collect and verify candidate details and documents Support the admission and payment process, including form filling and fee coordination Follow up with interested candidates to convert leads into enrollments Maintain daily mobilization and enrollment reports Coordinate with training, marketing, and operations teams Meet enrollment targets within given timelines

Required Skills

Strong communication and persuasion skills Basic sales and marketing understanding Ability to explain course offerings and career pathways Relationship-building and follow-up skills Fieldwork readiness and local area knowledge Basic computer and data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications

10+2 / Graduate Experience in sales, education counseling, or community outreach preferred Local language proficiency is often required

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
