Salary - Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 13,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Mobilizer cum

Center Coordinator

to manage the day-to-day operations of our center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, mobilization activities, business development, coordinating programs or services, and serving as a point of contact for staff, candidates, and visitors. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily center operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Mobilize candidates for our center , business development Greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide general support to candidates. Maintain center schedules, appointments, and program calendars. Monitor inventory and order office and center supplies as needed. Support recruitment, on boarding, and scheduling of staff,candidates, volunteers, or program participants. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including attendance, reports, and evaluations. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners as needed. Assist with event planning and execution, including workshops, meetings, and special activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organizational policies. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
