This role supports our CSR-funded AI/ML Learning Lab, the Mobilizer will be responsible for reaching the right beneficiaries, creating awareness, and ensuring strong enrollment.

We are looking for an energetic and people-focused

Mobilizer / Community Outreach Officer

to drive student mobilization, conduct screening, and build relationships within communities, schools, NGOs, and local networks. The role ensures that deserving candidates are identified, informed, and enrolled into the AI/ML training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

community outreach

to promote the AI/ML Learning Lab in nearby areas. Engage with schools, colleges, NGOs, youth groups, and community centres to identify eligible candidates. Organize awareness sessions, presentations, and field visits. Manage candidate

mobilization, registration, and initial screening

. Support counselling of students and parents regarding course offerings and career outcomes. Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, leads, and conversions. Coordinate with Centre In-Charge and trainers to finalize candidate selection. Plan and execute local level campaigns, events, and workshops for outreach. Build strong community networks to ensure consistent enrollment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field. 1-3 years of experience in

mobilization, community outreach, fieldwork, admissions, or NGO projects

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel locally and conduct field activities. Comfortable engaging with diverse community groups. Self-motivated, approachable, and result-driven. Experience in

NSDC programs, CSR initiatives, skill development centres, or education sector outreach(Preferred).

Ability to conduct group sessions and community meetings

(Preferred)

. Basic understanding of youth skilling and placement programs

(Preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
