Mobilizer

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in mobilization, outreach, field coordination, or training support roles. Experience working with colleges, students, or skill development programs will be an advantage. Basic understanding of training programs and student engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Mobilize students for Sales & Marketing training programs as per the training calendar. Coordinate with colleges and institutions for participant mobilization and scheduling. Support trainers during training delivery and ensure smooth on-ground coordination. Maintain participant records including registration details and attendance. Assist in managing logistics for training sessions and workshops. Support placement-related activities by coordinating student participation. Collect feedback from participants and share inputs with the project team. Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely and smooth implementation. Travel regularly to colleges and training locations for mobilization activities.

Key Skills

Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to interact effectively with students and college authorities. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry). Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements.

Laptop and bike with valid license are mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
