• Actively participate in community events and engage with potential candidates.

• Establish and nurture relationships to expand the network of available resources for candidate sourcing.

• Utilize social media and other innovative methods to reach out to potential candidates.

• Organize and lead local job fairs, career events, and campus activities.

• Source qualified job candidates through various channels such as databases, networking, internet resources, and job fairs.

• Conduct daily door-to-door mobilization efforts.

• Gather and organize data of target beneficiaries from the community.

• Coordinate and form batches for different training programs.

• Conduct home visits for trainees as needed.

• Organize community events such as rallies, certificate ceremonies, and career fairs.

• Mobilize the community through various methods including setting up stalls, making announcements, conducting community drives, and meeting with influencers and community members.

• Conduct surveys and provide daily reports.

• Strong marketing skills.

• Proficient in online and offline networking.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
