About the Role

As a

Field Recruiter (Mobilization Officer)

, you will lead community outreach and recruitment efforts to enroll youth in our professional caregiver training and placement program.

This role requires regular field visits, collaboration with local stakeholders, and candidate engagement via phone and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Community Outreach & Partnerships

Identify and engage with local NGOs, SHGs, Panchayats, and youth groups to generate leads. Represent CareVidya Academy at job fairs, community events, and training awareness drives.

Digital & Telephonic Sourcing

Promote training opportunities through WhatsApp, Facebook, and local job forums. Make outbound calls in Kannada and Hindi to explain the program and motivate participation.

Candidate Engagement & Support

Maintain regular follow-up with leads and assist them through the application and onboarding process. Help with form filling, document verification, and training orientation coordination.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of outreach and recruitment efforts using Excel or Google Forms. Submit weekly updates to your reporting manager.

Graduate in any discipline

Required Skills & Attributes:

Confident in phone-based communication Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms) Well-organized, motivated, and comfortable working with recruitment targets

Preferred Experience:

Previous work in recruitment, mobilisation, social outreach, or NGO collaboration is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
