The Mobility Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's transportation and driver operations. This role ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective movement of employees and clients, while maintaining compliance with regulations and enhancing overall travel experience. The ideal candidate will combine talent hunting skill, Fleet operational expertise, Driver Management skill, people management skill, Drivers related coplieance handling skills,
Supervise daily operations of drivers and vehicles across all business units.
Allocate, schedule, and monitor driver assignments to meet organizational needs.
Conduct driver training, performance evaluation, and compliance checks.
Ensure all drivers maintain valid licenses and follow company policies.
2. Vehicle & Maintenance Management
Oversee procurement, leasing, registration, and insurance of vehicles.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness, and readiness at all times.
Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and operating efficiency.
3. Safety & Compliance
Enforce compliance with traffic laws, safety standards, and government regulations.
Maintain accurate transport logs, records, and documentation for audits.
Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and safety violations.
4. Financial & Operational Control
Prepare and manage transport budgets, controlling costs effectively.
Track expenses for fuel, maintenance, tolls, and other operating costs.
Implement technology solutions (GPS tracking, fleet management systems) for efficiency.
5. Stakeholder Coordination & Service Excellence
Coordinate business travel, shuttle services, and executive/VIP transportation.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors to meet mobility requirements.
Provide timely reports and updates to management.
6. Sustainability & Innovation
Explore green mobility solutions, including electric vehicles and shared transport models.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fleet, transport, or mobility management.
Strong knowledge of transport regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in fleet management software, GPS tracking, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a cost-conscious mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
