Mobiliser cum Placement officer

Experience : 6 months to 5yrs

must have experience as a mobiliser and connect with college placement officer,HRs and College students

As a Mobiliser cum Placement officer, you will:

- Interact with college placement officers to build strong relationships and facilitate candidate sourcing.

- Engage college students to participate in job fairs, industry conferences, and related events.

- Build and maintain an active job seeker database.

- Identify potential candidates through colleges, universities, job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

- Contact candidates via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to assess interest and qualifications.

- Coordinate and conduct interviews, evaluating technical skills, soft skills, and alignment with company values.

- Attend job fairs, conferences, and events to expand the talent pool.

- Organize job fairs and maintain positive relations with college placement officers.
