Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

l Partner with NGOs, community leaders, educational institutions, and government departments to connect with potential students.

l Engage with prospective students, provide personalized guidance, and maintain strong relationships.

l Maintain comprehensive records of parents, guardians, and prospective students, including their educational background, profession, and income.

l Develop and execute outreach campaigns targeting educational institutions in and around Mumbai to attract potential candidates.

l Travel to nearby locations to expand our network and reach more students.

l Any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.

Desired Skill Sets:

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Knowledge of Basic English is must.

l Experience of student interactions and data management.

l Familiarity and ability to work on MS office tools (Power point, Excel, Word).

l Prior experience with the automotive sector is preferred.

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream

Experience:

At least 1-2 years full-time experience as mobiliser in skilling vertical. Experience in Skilling industry will be preferred.
