We are hiring a

Mobilisation Executive

for our Skill Training Centre to

Mobilise Young candidates for housekeeping and food & beverage (F & B) role.

The candidates who will get full time employment with food and Stay, Medical and Profit and Provident fund. candidate will be ready to relocate for job in Gujarat, Karnataka and any other state.

Key Responsibilities:

Field mobilisation through community outreach, referrals, NGOs, SHGs, and local networks Candidate sourcing via

field hiring, social media, job portals, and referrals

Initial screening, counselling, and coordination with candidates Ensuring the mobilized candidate travel to work locations.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / BBA / BCA / 12th pass candidates can apply

2-3 years experience

in mobilisation, sourcing, or bulk hiring Strong local network and ground-level mobilisation skills Good working knowledge of

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Fluency in Bengali

(spoken & written) is mandatory Willingness to

travel to other cities
