Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- QC / Inspection of used Smartphones & Tablets of different makes and to assess any potential problems they might have.
- Coordination with various teams
- Update status & reports
- Minimum 1-2 years experience preferably in Mobile/Laptop/Tablet servicing & repair
- Excellent communication skills (verbal English / Hindi, written English)
- Energetic
- Courteous mannerism
- Friendly attitude
- Quick thinking
- Required to rapidly research and troubleshoot
- Interpersonal Skills
- Basic computer operating skills
