Minimum Qualification: 10+2, 1-3 years of experience in mobile repair/service Center operations
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware & software troubleshooting, Ability to perform module-level repair, Proficiency in parts replacement (display, battery, PCB, connectors, camera, speaker, mic, etc.), Familiarity with repair tools ( multimeter, DC power supply, microscope, etc.), Knowledge of Android OS flashing, software update tools, and CRM entry ,ESD safety and handling practices,
Operational Skills:
Accurate diagnosis to reduce repeat repairs (First Time Fix), Proper documentation of repairs in CRM system, Adherence to repair workflow, TAT, and quality standards
Soft Skills:
Basic communication to coordinate with FDO/Floor Incharge, Team player with discipline and process orientation, Problem-solving mindset & time management, Willingness to learn and upgrade through Vivo training
