We are looking for a skilled Mobile Technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of smartphones. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware & software troubleshooting and deliver quality, reliable service to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mobile phone hardware issues (screen, battery, motherboard, camera, mic, speaker, charging port, etc.)
Perform software installation, flashing, formatting, and troubleshooting
Identify spare parts requirements and maintain inventory
Ensure timely service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction
Maintain service records and follow company repair standards
Perform quality checks after repairs
Keep updated with new smartphone models and repair techniques
Handle customer queries and provide accurate repair estimates
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware & software
Ability to use repair tools (soldering, multimeter, separator machine, OCA, etc.)
Good problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of service documentation
Attention to detail & precision in repairs
Time management & ability to handle multiple devices
Customer communication skills
