to join our Service Department in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in chip-level repairing and be capable of diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues in smartphones.
Key Responsibilities
Perform chip-level repairing of smartphones (Android & iOS)
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues such as motherboard faults, IC replacement, and power issues
Handle software issues including OS installation, flashing, and updates
Ensure quality repairs within turnaround time
Maintain service records and repair documentation
Follow service standards, safety guidelines, and quality checks
Coordinate with the service team for job allocation and customer updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory experience in chip-level mobile repairing
Strong knowledge of mobile hardware components and motherboard circuits
Ability to use repair tools and equipment confidently
Good problem-solving and technical skills
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Experience
Minimum 1-3 years of chip-level repair experience
Certification in mobile repairing is an added advantage
