Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Repair:

Inspect, test, and repair mobile devices to identify and resolve issues.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software problems.

Component Replacement:

Replace damaged or malfunctioning parts with new ones.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with customers to understand their needs, explain repairs, and provide exceptional service.

Documentation:

Accurately document repairs and parts information.

Inventory Management:

Monitor parts inventory and inform management of status.

Staying Current:

Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates in the mobile device industry.

Quality Control:

Ensure high-quality repairs and refurbishment of devices.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Record Keeping:

Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance.

Learning:

Continuously learn and develop new skills in mobile device repair.
