About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled

Mobile Tech Lead

to join our growing mobile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in native Android development with hands-on experience in

Kotlin, Java

, and modern Android frameworks. You'll be leading projects, mentoring team members, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain advanced Android applications. Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring high code quality and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability. Manage version control, releases, and integration with back-end services. Stay updated with the latest Android technologies, tools, and trends.

Technical Skills Required

Languages & Frameworks:

Kotlin, Java, MVVM, Jetpack Compose

Dependency Injection:

Hilt, Dagger, Koin

Networking:

Ktor / Retrofit

Core Android:

Android SDK, NDK, Coroutines

Firebase

(Analytics, Push Notifications, Remote Config, etc.)

Bluetooth / BLE

integration experience

Good to Have:

Knowledge of
