Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their mobile phone requirements.
Explain features, specifications, and price details of various mobile brands and accessories.
Recommend suitable mobile phones based on customer needs and budget.
Demonstrate mobile functionalities and related products.
Handle in-store sales and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
Assist in billing, packaging, and maintaining sales records.
Ensure proper display and arrangement of mobiles and accessories.
Maintain product knowledge of the latest models, updates, and offers.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in inventory checking and stock management.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
Requirements:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of mobile phones and accessories.
Sales skills and ability to convince customers.
Ability to handle billing (POS experience is an added advantage).
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Experience in mobile sales preferred but not mandatory.
