Maintain proper service records and job sheets
Ensure timely service and quick turnaround of repair jobs
Follow company service standards and safety guidelines
Coordinate with the service team and report recurring issues
Maintain tools, spare parts, and service equipment in good condition
Support warranty and non-warranty service activities
