Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile phones (Android & iOS).
Replace hardware components: screen, battery, charging port, cameras, speakers, etc.
Perform software installation, updates, formatting, and data backup.
Identify technical issues and provide accurate repair estimates.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
Ensure quality checks before delivering phones to customers.
Handle customer queries and maintain service records.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of mobile hardware & software.
Experience in chip-level and basic repairs.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Customer handling & communication skills.
