MOBILE GENERAL MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:

Mobile General Manager / General Manager - Mobile Retail

Department:

Sales & Operations

Reports To:

Managing Director / Owner / Head Office

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee overall operations of the mobile showroom / mobile retail business

Manage sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability

Supervise and guide showroom managers, sales executives, and staff

Ensure availability of mobile phones, accessories, and related products

Monitor stock levels, stock movement, and stock control procedures

Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and service centers

Implement sales strategies, offers, and promotional activities

Ensure excellent customer service and handle major customer issues

Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and MIS reports

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Control expenses and improve operational efficiency

Train staff on product knowledge and sales techniques

Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills

In-depth knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and market trends

Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills

Ability to analyze sales data and reports

Good communication and decision-making skills

Knowledge of inventory management and basic accounts

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
