Job Summary:

As a Mobile Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of mobile devices, plans, and accessories. You will be a key point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the best solutions. This role requires a strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with customers to understand their mobile device and service needs. Provide detailed product information and demonstrations for our range of smartphones, tablets, and accessories. Recommend and sell suitable mobile plans, data packages, and value-added services. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and promotions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve them in a timely manner. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with the latest devices and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

Exp:3 year in related field Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the mobile or electronics industry. Strong understanding of mobile technology, operating systems, and various phone features. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
