Job Description

A Mobile Salesperson, also known as a Mobile Sales Consultant or Mobile Sales Representative, focuses on selling mobile phones, accessories, and related services. They interact with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. This role involves both in-store and potentially phone-based sales activities, requiring strong communication, sales, and technical skills. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing information about mobile phones and accessories.

Product Knowledge:

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phone models, features, and accessories.

Sales & Closing:

Demonstrating product features, handling sales transactions, and processing payments.

Relationship Building:

Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.

Outreach & Prospecting:

Conducting cold calls, identifying new sales opportunities, and potentially participating in marketing campaigns.

Technical Support:

Assisting with tasks like transferring contacts, setting up new phones, and explaining technical aspects.

Inventory Management:

Maintaining the sales floor, assisting with stock replenishment, and ensuring products are well-displayed.

Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales support.

Sales Targets:

Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall team goals.
Skills & Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and persuasive abilities.

Sales Skills:

Ability to identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of mobile phone technology, troubleshooting, and software applications.

Product Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of mobile phone models, features, and pricing.

Customer Service Skills:

Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Organization & Time Management:

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean sales environment.

Teamwork:

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

NOTE - MALE CANDIDATE WITH 1-2 Yrs Experience in same Field.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
