L1-L4 Hardware and Software to train students in technical mobile repairing skills, mobilize them for courses, and guide them towards successful placements. The trainer will provide both theoretical and practical training to make students industry-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mobilization:
Attract and enroll local students and aspirants for training programs.
Organize awareness drives, demo sessions, and workshops.
Handle queries from prospective students and explain program benefits.
2. Training:
Teach basic and advanced mobile repairing skills.
Provide hands-on practical training and live troubleshooting sessions.
Make students proficient in using repair tools, software, and hardware.
Conduct regular assessments and monitor student performance.
Impart soft skills and customer handling skills.
3. Placement Support:
Guide students for placement opportunities.
Assist in resume building and interview preparation.
Facilitate placements through industry contacts and tie-ups.
Follow-up with placed students to ensure career growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/BE/B-Tech-Electronics & Communication
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in mobile repairing and training.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and general communication in English.
Student-centric approach with patience and motivation skills.
Knowledge of the latest mobile models, tools, and software.
