Job Summary

The Mobile Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining smartphones and tablets. The role involves both hardware and software troubleshooting, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair software and hardware issues in mobile phones (Android & iOS) Perform component replacements including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, etc. Conduct motherboard-level repairs such as IC reballing/replace (if applicable) Troubleshoot issues related to software/OS, malware, and system updates Back up and restore device data while ensuring customer privacy and confidentiality Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines to customers Maintain inventory of spare parts and update job tracking systems Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality before handing over to customers Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance when required

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / ITI / technical certification in electronics or related field Proven experience in smartphone repairing (minimum 1-2 years preferred) Strong understanding of smartphone hardware and software architecture Proficiency with repair tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to identify and repair micro-electronic faults (advantage)

Skills & Competencies

Excellent soldering and microsoldering skills (preferred) Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Attention to detail and precision Good communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently and under pressure Basic computer knowledge and data backup handling

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
