Diagnose issues in mobile phones, including hardware and software problems.
Repair and replace defective components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, etc.
Perform motherboard-level repairs such as IC replacement and soldering.
Flash firmware and resolve software-related issues.
Handle customer queries and explain repair issues and solutions clearly.
Maintain repair logs, service status reports, and parts inventory.
Ensure proper handling and safety of tools and equipment.
Provide accurate time estimates and maintain high-quality repair standards.
Keep updated with the latest mobile technology and repair trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/Certification in Mobile Repair, Electronics, or related field.
Experience in chip-level mobile servicing preferred.
Strong knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and accurately.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with repair tools like soldering iron, multimeter, separator machine, etc.
Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on experience in mobile repair (freshers with technical training may also apply).
