Job SummaryResponsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance and high customer satisfaction by resolving both hardware and software issues efficiently. Key Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnosis:

Use tools to identify hardware (screens, ports, buttons) and software problems.

Repair:

Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port fixes, and microsoldering.

Software:

Troubleshoot OS issues, install updates, remove malware, and configure devices.

Testing:

Conduct thorough functionality tests after repairs.

Customer Service:

Communicate with customers, explain issues, and resolve concerns professionally.

Maintenance:

Keep repair tools clean, calibrated, and maintain an organized workspace.

Documentation:

Enter job details, maintain repair logs, and follow warranty procedures.

Quality & Safety:

Adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in mobile device repair (Android/iPhone). Strong troubleshooting, technical, and analytical skills. Proficiency with repair tools and diagnostic software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to new technology.
