About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Mobile Lead

to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality mobile applications that power our renewable energy solutions. This role requires deep expertise in

mobile app development, architecture, performance optimization, and user experience design

, with a strong passion for building scalable digital solutions that accelerate the clean energy transition.

As the Mobile Lead, you will lead a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure our Android and iOS applications meet world-class standards of performance, usability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

: Architect, design, and build mobile applications for Android and iOS using modern frameworks such as

React Native

or

Flutter

.

Leadership

: Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers, driving best practices, coding standards, and innovation.

Integration

: Integrate applications with

cloud-native backends, APIs, and third-party services

, ensuring secure and seamless connectivity.

Performance Optimization

: Continuously optimize mobile applications for

speed, scalability, responsiveness, and battery efficiency

.

Quality Assurance

: Implement

automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices

to ensure high-quality deliverables.

UX & Usability

: Collaborate with designers and product teams to deliver

intuitive and engaging user experiences

.

Innovation

: Stay up-to-date with the latest in mobile technologies, frameworks, and renewable energy digital solutions.

Collaboration

: Work closely with backend, cloud, and product engineering teams to deliver integrated and scalable solutions.

Documentation

: Maintain clear documentation for architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years

of professional experience in mobile application development with a proven track record of leading teams. Strong expertise in

React Native and/or Flutter

for cross-platform development. Deep understanding of

mobile architecture, design patterns, and best practices

. Hands-on experience with

API integration, GraphQL/REST, and cloud-native services (AWS/Azure/GCP)

. Proven skills in

performance tuning, memory management, and offline-first mobile app design

. Strong background in

automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, XCTest, Detox, etc.)

and CI/CD tools. Knowledge of

mobile security practices

, including data encryption, authentication, and secure API handling. Experience in

Agile/Scrum methodologies

with strong collaboration and communication skills. Passion for

renewable energy, sustainability, and building impactful digital solutions

.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C)

development. Prior work on

IoT or energy-related mobile applications

. Familiarity with

analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting tools

(Firebase, AppCenter, Sentry, etc.). Understanding of

UI/UX principles, accessibility, and design systems

. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions independently.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
