Roles and Responsibilities Hands on Knowledge on Android framework and Java are mandatory. Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes. Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning. Deep technical knowledge of Android application development. Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions Write unit UI tests to identify malfunctions Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance/benchmarking Troubleshooting skills to dive deep into source code. Understanding and experience with localisation and design patterns like MVVM, MVC, Viper. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back end services. Familiar with SQL, SQLite and other database technologies. Proficient with Java, Kotlin, ionic, react native, amarine, Flutter, PhoneGap etc. Good Knowledge on OOPS Concepts Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect back-end services Proven work experience as a Mobile developer Android/ Hybrid. Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/U standards to improve user experience Understanding of Apples design principles and interface guidelines Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Proficient understanding of code versioning tools Candidates having experience of developing hybrid mobile apps for both Android/iOS shall be preferred. Degree in engineering/ Computer Science/IT
