Mobile Automation Tester

Your Role:

Analyze user requirements and develop test cases accordingly Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs in the system Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved Work with the development team to ensure quality during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software Analyze the performance of the application under different conditions and document observations Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies Contribute to the design and implementation of best practices and standards in automation testing Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure the resolution of system issues

Your Profile:

4.5 to 9 years experience in Automation Testing. Develop and automate tests for software validation. Establish test strategies and manual or automated test suites. Understand the QA process and suggest improvements. Investigate, report, track, and propose fixes for bugs. Participate in software design reviews and provide input on functional requirements and potential problems. Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation and automated scripts. Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements. Work collaboratively with the development team to understand project objectives, gather automation requirements, design automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable test automation solutions. Stay updated with new testing tools and test strategies.
