with tremendous customization for the Real Estate and
Manufacturing Industry. We have a total employment of 250 and
we are dealing with 600 clients as of now. We have Head Office
In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi, Ahmedabad,
Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Position: Mobile App Support Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Interact with users to understand issues they face with the mobile app
Identify root causes and document the problems clearly
Coordinate with the app development team to explain issues and track fixes
Test the app after updates to ensure everything is functioning as expected
Prepare simple release notes before each app update
Learn and understand the StrategicERP product to perform effective RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Local Mumbai-based candidate
Background in Engineering / IT / Technical fields
Basic understanding of Android apps and APIs
Logical thinker with a methodical approach to testing and troubleshooting
Strong communication skills to interact with both users and developers
Proactive, curious, and capable of taking initiative without waiting for directions
