Job Summary: As a Mobile Application Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our organization\'s software applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Mobile Application Portfolio Management: Maintain an inventory of all applications, including version control and licensing information. Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of existing applications. Identify opportunities for application optimization and rationalization. 2. Mobile Application Deployment and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, configuration, and deployment of software applications. Ensure that applications are up to date with the latest patches and updates. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues. 3. Mobile Application Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, licensing agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs). Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements. 4. User Supports and training: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users. Collaborate with the helpdesk to resolve application-related support tickets. Develop and deliver user training and documentation. 5. Mobile Application Development and Enhancement: Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new applications or feature enhancements. Manage the development, testing, and deployment of new applications. Ensure that applications align with business objectives and user needs. 6. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including configurations and procedures. Generate reports on application performance, usage, and compliance. Qualification & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (Master\'s preferred). 5+ years of experience in mobile application management or a related role. Strong understanding of software applications and IT infrastructure. Excellent communication skills.
