Job Description

Position: Mobile App Developer

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using native

(Swift/Kotlin) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter) technologies.

? Collaborate with a global team of designers, product managers, and backend

developers to deliver cutting-edge, user-friendly apps that meet high standards of

performance, reliability, and security.

? Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, ensuring app performance and

reliability.

? Build robust UI/UX designs with a focus on user-friendly, responsive

experiences, optimizing the app for both iOS and Android devices.

? Conduct regular code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and help improve the code

quality across the team.

? Develop financial features (e.g., payments, portfolio management, trading)

while ensuring strict data security protocols.

? Work with team members from diverse time zones and backgrounds,

participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and regular feedback loops.

? Stay up-to-date with mobile app trends, industry best practices, and new

technologies to keep our products at the forefront of the fintech space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Experience: 4-5 years of mobile app development experience, with a solid

understanding of both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) development.

? Cross-Platform Expertise: Experience with Flutter, React Native, or similar

tools to build apps that work seamlessly across multiple platforms.

? Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Comfortable collaborating with a global, distributed team, explaining technical

concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and contributing to team discussions and

planning sessions.

? Fintech Background: Experience with finance-related applications or

understanding of financial principles (e.g., payments, investments, crypto,

banking, etc.) is a plus.

? Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues early and collaborate on solutions.

You should be someone who can tackle complex challenges with creative and

effective solutions.

? Version Control: Proficiency in using Git and collaborating in a version-

controlled development environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

? Experience with cloud-based technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Firebase,

etc.).

? Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test-driven development (TDD), and other

modern development practices.

? Experience working with remote teams and managing time across multiple time

zones.

? Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, especially in the context of financial

services.

Nice to Have:

? Familiarity with App Store and Google Play Store submission guidelines.

Working Hours & Collaboration

? Ability to work 4-5 hours overlap with US Eastern Time (EST)

? Experience working with distributed, global teams

? Strong communication skills in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
