Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader/Project Manager specializing in mobile application development and web application developmetn to lead and manage our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality applications within set deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile application development projects. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of mobile applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and post-deployment. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Skills:

Expertise in React

Native mobile application development

. Strong knowledge of databases, including

DBS

and

Mongo DB

. Familiarity with other related programming languages like Python and frameworks. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and team management skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven track record in managing successful mobile / web application projects. Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) will be an added advantage.
