Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

React Native Developer

to build and maintain high-performance mobile applications for

iOS and Android

. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable, well-architected mobile solutions with a strong focus on performance, usability, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

cross-platform mobile applications

using React Native Translate UI/UX designs into

pixel-perfect, high-quality code

Integrate

RESTful APIs / GraphQL

and third-party SDKs Optimize application performance, memory usage, and app size Write

clean, reusable, and testable code

following best practices Implement

state management

solutions (Redux, Zustand, MobX, etc.) Ensure smooth app releases and manage

App Store & Play Store deployments

Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams to deliver features end-to-end Debug and resolve production issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience

in mobile app development

3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native

Strong proficiency in

JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript

Experience with

React Hooks

, functional components, and modern RN patterns Solid understanding of

Android and iOS platform specifics

Familiarity with

native modules

(Android - Kotlin/Java, iOS - Swift/Objective-C) Experience with

CI/CD pipelines

for mobile apps Knowledge of mobile app security, performance optimization, and accessibility Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox)

Good to Have

Experience with

Expo / Expo EAS

Familiarity with

Fastlane

Knowledge of

offline-first architecture

Experience with

analytics & monitoring tools

(Firebase, Sentry, Crashlytics) Prior experience leading mobile projects or small teams
