We are looking for a

Mobile Application Developer

to build and maintain high-performance mobile applications for our ERP platform. The role involves developing apps used by

students, parents, teachers, administrators, and management

, with a strong focus on usability, performance, and stability.

This is a

product-focused role

, not project-based freelancing.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and/or iOS Implement ERP modules for attendance, communication, reports, and workflows Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and databases Ensure application performance, stability, and security Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement clean and intuitive designs Work closely with backend developers and product teams Debug, maintain, and continuously improve existing applications Participate in code reviews and release cycles
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in

Android (Kotlin/Java)

,

iOS (Swift)

, or

cross-platform frameworks (Flutter / React Native)

Strong experience with

REST APIs and backend integration

Understanding of mobile performance optimization Knowledge of app lifecycle, notifications, and offline data handling Familiarity with version control (Git)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience building

SaaS or ERP mobile applications

Experience publishing apps to

Google Play Store / Apple App Store

Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access Basic knowledge of mobile security best practices
