Job Description

The Mobile Application Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade mobile applications. This position requires extensive experience with modern mobile technologies, advanced architectural patterns, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable mobile solutions aligned with organizational objectives

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle development of mobile applications, from concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing enhancement. Design and implement scalable mobile application architectures utilizing industry standards such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, MVI, reactive programming, and other modern development paradigms. Collaborate with product management, UX/UI, engineering, and QA teams to deliver best-in-class mobile experiences. Develop and maintain integrations with RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, WebSockets, and other enterprise data systems. Ensure applications meet corporate requirements for performance, reliability, security, accessibility, and regulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, technical guidance, and mentorship of junior and mid-level developers. Implement and maintain automated testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes for both App Store and Google Play environments. Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies such as Kotlin Multiplatform, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, Flutter, React Native, AI/ML, and AR/VR to support innovation and modernization initiatives. Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure adherence to corporate engineering standards.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in mobile application development. Advanced proficiency in at least one core mobile platform: Android: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines iOS: Swift, SwiftUI, Combine Or strong cross-platform expertise in Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform. Proven experience delivering secure, high-performance mobile applications at enterprise scale. Strong understanding of mobile architectural patterns, data structures, design principles, and performance optimization techniques. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, Fastlane), analytics platforms, and cloud-based services. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a structured, corporate environment with cross-functional teams. Exceptional problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as CoreML or TensorFlow Lite. Knowledge of AR/VR frameworks (ARKit, ARCore). Familiarity with enterprise-grade security standards, including encryption, secure storage, and identity management (OAuth 2.0, SSO). Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Prior work on large-scale applications with high user engagement or complex features.
