About the Role

We are seeking

Mobile App Developers (Native & Flutter)

to join our product team and contribute to the development of our mobile applications, including projects like

Woilink

and our

News Portal App

.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in either

Native Android/iOS

or

Flutter

, a solid understanding of mobile architecture, and the ability to build smooth, stable, and scalable applications. This role is perfect for someone who moves fast, thinks smart, and takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality mobile applications using

Native (Android/iOS)

or

Flutter

. Collaborate with backend teams (Node.js / Laravel) for API integrations. Ensure smooth UI/UX, responsive layouts, and high-performance app behavior. Work on feature enhancements, bug fixes, and performance optimization. Integrate third-party APIs, push notifications, authentication, and in-app features. Participate in technical discussions, planning, and code reviews. Maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases.

Required Skills:

For Native Developers (Android / iOS):

Strong experience in

Kotlin/Java

(Android) or

Swift

(iOS).

For Flutter Developers:

Proven experience in building production-level Flutter apps. Knowledge of state management tools (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.). Experience with adaptive UI, widget optimization, and multi-platform support.

For All Candidates:

Strong understanding of

mobile UI/UX principles

. Experience with API integration, error handling, and app security basics. Knowledge of Git, version control workflows, and debugging tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Familiarity with Android/iOS frameworks, architecture patterns (MVVM/MVC), permissions, and lifecycle management. Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data handling.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Firebase (Messaging, Auth, Analytics). Knowledge of publishing apps on Play Store / App Store. Familiarity with Node.js or Laravel APIs for better collaboration. Experience with news/media apps or social platforms. Understanding of clean architecture and modular app design.
