Job Description

We are seeking a talented and hands-on Mobile App Developer with strong experience in React Native or Flutter to join our digital engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in end-to-end product development, working across frontend and backend components, and collaborating within agile project environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native or Flutter. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality mobile products. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following modern development practices. Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and cloud-based backend systems. Manage and optimize databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure smooth project execution. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance for various devices and platforms. Implement secure and efficient authentication and data-handling mechanisms. Contribute to CI/CD processes and mobile DevOps workflows for faster release cycles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in mobile app development using React Native and/or Flutter. Strong understanding of frontend and backend integration for mobile ecosystems. Proficiency in working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB databases. Familiarity with Git, Jira, and agile project methodologies. Experience with API integration, state management (Redux, Provider, Bloc, etc.), and UI/UX best practices. Hands-on experience with mobile app deployment on App Store and Google Play.

Preferred / Added Advantage

Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines). Knowledge of Big Data concepts and working experience with data-driven products. Experience integrating AI/ML services, chatbots, or recommendation systems into mobile apps. Understanding of performance optimization, security, and mobile analytics.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
