Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Flutter Developer

with 4+ years of experience in building cross-platform mobile applications, especially in the

logistics or transportation domain

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Flutter, Dart, Firebase

, and

Google Maps API integration

, with added experience in

payment gateway integration

being a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, cross-platform

mobile applications using Flutter and Dart

. Integrate

Firebase services

including Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging, and Cloud Functions. Build features for logistics apps like

live tracking

,

trip management

,

POD upload

,

driver dashboard

, and

load assignment

. Implement

Google Maps integration

for location tracking, directions, markers, geofencing, and route optimization. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to build smooth and responsive user experiences. Work with RESTful APIs for seamless data integration with backend systems.

(Optional but Preferred)

: Integrate

payment gateways

(e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PhonePe, etc.) for wallet top-ups, settlements, or COD processing. Optimize performance, identify bottlenecks, and fix bugs/crashes across Android and iOS. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team collaboration in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of mobile app development experience using

Flutter and Dart

. Deep knowledge of

Firebase

(Firestore, Auth, Messaging, Functions, Crashlytics). Proven experience with

Google Maps API

(live location tracking, directions, geolocation). Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, state management (Bloc/Provider), and UI best practices. Experience in building logistics, transport, or delivery-based mobile apps. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. Familiar with Git and CI/CD tools for version control and automated builds.

Good to Have (Preferred):

Experience in integrating payment gateways

like Razorpay, Stripe, or Paytm. Familiarity with background location tracking and offline data sync. Experience in deploying apps to Play Store and App Store. Knowledge of push notifications, analytics, and A/B testing (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
