As a

Customer Support Advisor

, you'll interact with international customers via

voice and chat channels

, provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure positive customer experiences in every interaction.

Key Duties:

Manage real-time customer interactions professionally through chat and calls. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently. Record, document, and update customer information in internal systems. Deliver high-quality service with accuracy and empathy. Contribute to team targets and maintain service-level commitments.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

?27,500 - ?37,000/month (based on communication and experience).
