Job Summary

The MLT Prometric / DHA / HAAD Trainer is responsible for preparing Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) candidates to successfully clear international licensing examinations such as

Prometric, DHA, and HAAD

. The trainer delivers structured theoretical and practical training aligned with Gulf healthcare standards and examination guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive training for

MLT Prometric, DHA, and HAAD exams

Prepare and update course materials as per

latest exam syllabi and MOH regulations

Conduct theory sessions, practical demonstrations, and case-based learning Guide students on

exam patterns, scoring methods, and application procedures

Administer mock tests, practice exams, and performance evaluations Provide individual mentoring, doubt-clearing sessions, and remedial coaching Track student progress and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly training reports

Stay updated with changes in

Gulf licensing exams and laboratory standards

Maintain professional discipline and academic integrity in training sessions Coordinate with academic and admin teams for batch scheduling and assessments
Required Qualifications

BSc / MSc in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)

or equivalent Valid

Prometric / DHA / HAAD license

(preferred) Minimum

2-5 years of clinical or teaching experience

Strong knowledge of

laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and quality control

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Skills & Competencies

In-depth understanding of

international MLT exam standards

Ability to simplify complex laboratory concepts Strong classroom management and mentoring skills Proficiency in MS Office / LMS platforms Professional ethics and time management skills
Preferred Experience

Previous experience as a

Prometric / DHA / HAAD Trainer

Hands-on experience in

NABL / CAP / ISO-accredited laboratories

Experience training international or overseas-bound candidates
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Student

Quality and timeliness of academic reports Student feedback and satisfaction ratings Compliance with training schedules and syllabus coverage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
